About Me

I spent most of my life becoming whatever version of myself kept me functioning, liked, or rescued. I knew something about the way I was living wasn't working, but I didn't understand why or know another way.

Eventually, the way I was living stopped working altogether. I got sober and began doing the work of understanding the trauma I had carried without knowing what to call it. With the right support, I began to understand not just what had happened to me, but what I had been doing with all of it. And in the process, I started to recognize parts of myself I had never understood as gifts.

 

I have always noticed what others overlook. I hear what people say, but I also notice what is happening beneath the words. Now, as a Visibility Practitioner, I use that ability with intention. My work is growth work, centered on personal growth and self-understanding. I help people make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, see more clearly where they are stuck, and move forward with perspective that feels honest and usable.

That has been my gift my whole life. I am finally using it on purpose.
